A plumber visit, a weekly house help plan and a cab ride are not the same thing, so Destora does not force them into one form.

What happens if no provider accepts?
You are not charged. Payment is taken only after a provider accepts your request.
Why does Destora ask for my location?
To show only providers who serve your address, to estimate ride distance, and to share your location with the provider for a visit. You choose when to share it.
What is the OTP for?
When the provider arrives, you share an OTP and they enter it to start the job. It confirms the right person is at the right place.
Can I cancel?
Yes. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for fees and refund timelines. If a provider is late and has not started travelling, you can cancel for free.
