How do I pay?
You pay after a provider accepts your request, through PhonePe (UPI, cards, net banking) or with Destora Money towards fees.
Can I cancel a bike taxi booking?
Yes. Cancellation and refund rules are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If a provider is late and has not started travelling, you can cancel for free.
Are providers verified?
Providers submit an ID proof and a live selfie that Destora reviews. Use the Verified filter in the app to see reviewed providers.
